How My Journey Started
My journey as a dietitian began with a fascination for the intricate relationship between food and health. I pursued a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from Punjab Agricultural University, where I honed my skills and knowledge to decipher the complexities of nutrition science.
Thereafter I pursued Post Graduation in Nutrition & Dietetics. Throughout my academic journey, I discovered that the power of food extends far beyond satisfying our taste buds – it holds the potential to prevent, manage, and even reverse various health conditions.
