  • The website provides you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the services available on the Website.
  • If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. Dietitian Avinka shall not be liable

     for any failure on part of the bank or the third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations or in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly arising out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever. 

Refund and cancellation policy for Diet Consultation:

  • Once you have paid for the program, then the amount can’t be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Your membership cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances. 
  • Maximum freeze of 30 days is allowed on 3 months & 6 months programs. Customer has to inform in advance\
  • A program once enrolled in, cannot be upgraded or downgraded.
  • Dietitian Avinka reserves the right to change terms and condition of membership as per the discretion of management. 

Refund and cancellation policy for Jaavis Wellness Teas:

  • Refund Policy: We do not return the goods or refund the amount once the product has been purchased.
  • Returns will only be accepted in case of an incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.
